Healing As Multifaceted
As You Are

Like a prism splitting light into rainbows, true healing honors every facet of who you are.

Healing That Honors Your Unique Prism

Your healing journey deserves more than single-modality solutions. You are a whole being seeking wellness that lasts.

For years, I've been drawn to learning from traditions that seemed separate on the surface—yet each revealed the same truth: healing happens in relationship to our bodies, communities, ancestors, and the living world.

What began as curiosity across diverse fields has matured into something rare—a unified practice that weaves together what was never meant to be divided. I have found my own healing and calling by embracing my own multidimensional prism from within.

Your healing gets to be as multifaceted as you are.

“We do not always allow ourselves to work through pain. More often than not, we think pain is a signal that we must stop, rather than find its source. Our souls aspire toward growth… In this context, a body in pain is a soul in longing.”

—MALIDOMA SOMÉ

Activist Roots

Black geometric floral pattern with radiating petals and inner starburst design

Before I learned to heal individual trauma, I understood collective wounds. This foundation shapes everything—healing happens in relationship to community and justice.

Ritual + Divination

I was mentored by Malidoma Somé, Martin Prechtel, and continue a reciprocal relationship with Dagara people. True healing addresses not just the individual but the ancestral patterns and spiritual disconnections that create suffering.

Somatic Experiencing

Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. This work brings everything together—helping your nervous system complete what trauma interrupted, so you can reclaim your full aliveness.

Food became my first teacher about the sacred in the everyday. I learned that how we nourish ourselves is how we honor life itself. I spent over a decade cooking for others, pouring my love into each morsel.

The body holds stories older than words. These traditions taught me to listen with my hands and trust what the body knows. I learned multiple modalities of bodywork, such as massage, Reiki, and craniosacral therapy.

Holistic Approach

A convergence of all modalities into a custom blend made special for you — not a one-size-fits-all approach, but a carefully woven blend of what your unique system needs. Some clients need more somatic work, others crave ritual and ancestral healing. Your healing journey gets to pull from this full spectrum of what I have to offer.

  • Sunlight shining through the leaves of a tree from below.

It has been one of the most significant years of my life.

The healing that I am undergoing is far beyond anything I have experienced in the past, and it has also greatly supported my spiritual practice. My depression has greatly lifted (which is more amazing than I can put into words), and my anxiety is starting to make some headway. Coby has a way of making me feel safe and allowing me to feel more deeply and to be open with what I am feeling. He is the most caring and open health care provider I have ever been to. My wife praises the day I found him.

Old and deep holdings have found their way to the surface, been witnessed, held, shifted, and often released.

Somatic work with Coby has been incredibly effective, much more than the many years of talk therapy that I did prior to Coby. I feel more grounded, clear on my boundaries, and am more aware of what activates my parasympathetic nervous system more than at any other point in my 56 years. Coby has this way about him; gently and respectfully creating a space where my mind, heart, and body imperceptibly know it’s safe to be vulnerable.

I feel like I come back home to myself.

He has a way of reflecting my true self back to me so that I can find my own ground and remember my roots — my inherent connectedness to the greater web of life. He is able to hold all the details and sort through them in a way that sheds light on the heart of the matter while also illuminating a clear path forward, free of the clutter that my mind so often adds to things. I also feel like our work together is informed by Coby's deep connections to Ancestral and Natural worlds such that it becomes apparent each session that my healing is also the healing of my lineage which is amazing. I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with Coby and have him as an ally on my journey.

    Coby is a delight.

Our sessions are founded on his unique ability to co-regulate. I find myself making huge, honest, and expansive shifts when we are together simply because he can hold our nervous systems in harmony. We talk a little, feel into the body a lot, and sync our systems with the birds, trees and other creatures near us. It has been healing to feel in my body that there is another way beyond the constant bracing, clenching and constriction. He has shown me on a visceral level new ways of being that feel liberating and easeful.

We All Deserve More

You've tried the one-size-fits-all approaches. The specialists who see only their piece of the puzzle. But you're not a simple problem to be solved—you're a complex being seeking wholeness.

Your healing journey might need:

  • Somatic work to help your nervous system feel safe again

  • Ritual containers to honor life transitions and grief

  • Ancestral healing to break generational patterns

  • Connection to land and spirit to remember your place in the larger web

  • Justice-oriented healing that acknowledges how systems of oppression live in our bodies

This is why intersectional healing matters. You deserve a practitioner who understands that your healing is as multifaceted as you are.

—MARTÍN PRECHTEL

You're tired of healing approaches that feel too small for who you are— and getting mixed results.

You sense that your struggles are connected to larger patterns—ancestral, cultural, spiritual. You're ready to do the beautiful work of stepping into your wholeness.

Because you don't need to be fixed. You need to be witnessed, supported, and reminded of the wholeness that was never actually broken.

If this resonates, let's talk. Your healing doesn't have to fit in neat little boxes. Neither do you.
